Benjamin Day is a seasoned engineering and operations executive with 20+ years of experience across the petrochemical, refining, midstream, and energy infrastructure sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at Southcross Energy, Enterprise Products Partners, and Dynegy Midstream. Ben brings deep expertise in project integration and large-scale infrastructure execution, holding degrees in both Chemical and Mechanical Engineering. His cross-sector background makes him highly effective at driving rapid, capital-efficient project delivery.

Ritesh Shah
Ritesh Shah is an experienced energy sector leader with 22+ years of global industry experience, co-founding HighTec Energy to drive engineering and execution excellence. Prior to HighTec, he led technical strategy at Tailwater Technical Consulting and held key roles at Enterprise Products Partners, ConocoPhillips, and KBR. He has played a key role in major regulatory achievements, including securing critical permits. Ritesh holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, combining technical depth with strong commercial acumen.
